Lasarotta Organic Food also supplies organic farmers with organic seed materials such as seeding material for Lucerne ( Alfalfa) or GM Free Soybean Seeding Material that we deliver in containers globally.
Container transportation for destinations outside of Europe can take 30 to 90 days, while for European destinations it is significantly faster. We can offer lorry transportation that could reach any European destination within 48 hours of placing an order. A fast, affordable mix of train and lorry transportation can also be arranged, for routes from Eastern Europe to China.

Long straw 20 to 30 cm from 16 to 18 kg medium compressed as well to shorter straw double compressed bales are 20 kg that are cheaper for transportation but often with poorer protein content.

The crop rotation model, a traditional method of planting different crops each year after harvest, is used for grains and vegetables or every few years for crops like broccoli, lucerne, or berries. This approach contrasts with monoculture in modern agricultural systems, where a single crop is grown on the same land for years. Over time, monoculture causes the soil to lose essential minerals, making it dependent on artificial fertilisers, which cannot replenish the vital minerals that crop rotation naturally restores.

Pure Organic Honey Sourced From Balkans
Product Selection
Lasarotta Organic Food offers a wide range of raw organic honeys, directly sourced from beekeepers. Our selection includes Acacia Honey, Spring Meadow Honey, Linden Honey, Sunflower Honey, Rapeseed Honey, Sage Honey, Chestnut Honey, Black Pine Honey, Mint Honey, and Polyfloral Honey. These varieties are rare and difficult to find.
Packaging and Dispatch
We dispatch a maximum of one container per honey type in special 300 kg barrels. Each barrel is tagged to the original producer and undergoes rigorous testing in a specialised independent laboratory in Germany to confirm it is a 100% natural product. Every barrel is separately sealed and tested before being prepared for shipment.
Preparation for the Market
Once tested and sealed, the honey is transported in containers to packaging plants where it is packed into jars and labelled for sale on the local market. This process ensures the highest quality and authenticity of the product.

All our honey products can pass pollen origin laboratory tests, providing proof of authentic Balkan pollen. Our main selling point is that our honey is produced exclusively by bees, ensuring its purity and natural origin.
